What can be more unfortunate than this that woman who is considered as embodiment of modesty and is provided with legal protection, uses the protection as weapon of offence. She not only undermines credibility of law but her own credibility also. Courts have already start disbelieving women. Personally, I know a case where a woman judge declined to frame rape charge against the accused on the reasoning that when the woman had willing travelled with the accused for about 40 Kms, and moved in to accommodation rented for couple of hours only, she knew very well what was going to happen. Her implied consent was apparent. The accused was discharged without framing charge. Womanhood is a matter of honour. Mother, sister, wife and daughter all deserve utmost dignity. This is not a thing which should be staked just for the sake of revenge.
