This website, lawyerics.law, is a collection of writings and social media posts of Vidya Sagar, an Indian attorney who has varied experience of more than twenty-five years in legal practice in different fields. His basic qualification is degree in science which was followed by degree in law from University of Delhi and then master’s degree in law from University of London with specialisation in Computer and Communications law. He has been Editor of twelve volumes of the law journal, Information Technology and Communication Cases (ITCC). His favourite subjects of research are science and technology related laws and intellectual property. His view is that technology has transcended geopolitical boundaries and the world is gradually transiting into cyber or virtual space which is beyond the constraints of time and space. The law needs to be studied in global perspective. The approach should be cross-jurisdictional. This is what his writings indicate. He owns a law firm with the logo displayed on top left.
